Request for Proposals: Constructions in Hagadera and Kakuma Kenya
The International Rescue Committee, Inc. (IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict.
In partnership with various Donors, the IRC has a requirement for the following construction Services.

Site visit is a must for all contractors (Potential Contractors to be at IRC Kakuma and Hagadera offices on 24/11/2022 by 9.00am
Bidders’ proposal shall be submitted Physically as per the tender instructions
Bidder’s proposal shall comprise of technical proposal and financial proposal together with all the required documents as per clause 7 in the Request for Proposal. Bid documents shall be placed in the IRC Tender Box at the reception desk of IRC KAKUMA AND HAGADERA OFFICE in sealed envelopes not later than 05:00pm on 5th December 2022
Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted.
Potential Women contractors are highly encouraged to bid.
Please note that IRC shall not be bound to accept the lowest priced tender or bid or any tender or bid submitted, and any form of canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
